"Good-bye To You" in studio. We find out she was married to
Richard Hell(!!) before marrying John. Her Mom owned the Cafe Waa
in NYC. Jonesy sez he and Cookie were the original White Stripes
due to the fact that Sid never really played the bass live. John
took guitar lessons from Bill Wyman, Bob Mayo, Eddie Van Halen, et
al. Jonesy was thinking about calling his Mum and she called him
yesterday. It was the first time they talked in 3 years! John said
he was just into "25 year olds who wanted nothing"right before he
met Patti. They counseled Jonesy on finding a girlfriend. "Who
wears the pants in your marriage?" Jonesy asked 'em. "We both do."
sez Patti. "see, that's what I'm afraid of," sez Jonesy.
