Yes , i have spent another frustrating day trying to get in ahead of people who seem to think every song is a Sex Pistols song.
The nature of the way to win stops people from advertising and gaining listeners for Indie. Why would i tell people about the phone in for tickets to make more people phone in and so further reducing my chances ? I have noticed a lack of reporting about this promotion on a lot of Los Angeles blogs that are normally up on these things, maybe they are trying to preserve their chances of winning.
(UPDATE just checked. Nothing in latimes.com , laweekly.com , laist.com all nothing about the Los Angeles show. ( even BoingBoing.net which had original London announcement has not mentioned the L.A. show ))
How are the people on the stream winning these call ins. It is on a delay isnt it. Wow !!

Not going to happen. I am not going to be forced to listed to The smiths morning show or TK to try to phone in ahead of some idiots (Why does Shovel not get any on Fridays :-) ) . I hope they enjoy the show with the crowd they get, but it is just going to be people who are prepared to sit around all day and press redial after redial. Not exactly what the Pistols were about. I see the Glasgow show ( Nov 18th at the SECC ) is go . Thats where i was born so i have an excuse to go see family and friends. This whole thing has been a mess.
