.. stay just a little bit longer
Well it looks like Indie is going to be around at least a bit longer. Thank God for that.
Excellent! I just found out that Steve was doing this show out in LA. I have always been a fan of the Pistols and his guitar playing. I think he is one of the most underrated guitarists of all time, but I won't drone on about that. I guess if I ever have access to his show here in Ft. Worthless, Tx. I will find out if I am a big fan of his musical tastes as well. From what I have read in an interview he just basically plays whatever the hell he wants to and that type of attitude is sadly missing from todays big corporate owned crap radio stations that just play the same horrible tunes over and over again all day long, sometimes even at the same time every day. The "classic rock" radio stations are really the pits. I mean my god, how many times does anyone really want to hear "Walk This Way" by Aerosmith or "More Than A Feeling" by Boston played over and over and over again until you finally just flip the dial or just turn the thing off altogether? I hope that this trend of having people like Steve host radio shows continues more in the future, it is a step in the right direction. Hell, I might even send Steve a CD of my old band Mucous and see if he will play a cut off of it! Thanks, Gregg Orange, Ft. Worthless, Tx.
